we have been looking forward to grandma and grandpa keeling's return to the northwest since they left in early september, but sadly, greg's dad got shingles a couple weeks ago, so they had to postpone their trip. last night, things took a turn for the worse, and chuck began hemorrhaging blood. he was taken by ambulance to their local hospital in loveland, colorado where this morning it was determined that he had a stomach ulcer. the ulcer was repaired and now chuck will stay in the hospital for a few more days to recover and have additional tests run.
we are thinking of greg's parents and wishing them all the best.
