jen came up from portland for a weekend visit when greg was on his mancation a couple weeks ago. i warned her ahead of time that my social life these days is less than titillating, but lucky for me she was happy to come and hang out at my slow pregnancy pace!
the weather couldn't have been more amazing- it was sunny and perfect and nearly 80 degrees! we spent all day hanging out in the sun, including a trip to one of west seattle's scenic parks where we played tourist and had a stranger snap this photo of us and our canine babies adeline and sage in front of the seattle skyline. our punishment for a day of frolicking in the elusive seattle sun? the worst sunburn i have EVER had. oops! (note that adie is sitting in the shade of my chair while i am frying in the sun. who's smarter now?)
